Initial assessment

FairPlay begins by learning about the business and establishing the information needed to carry out its assessment.

We hear from staff

Employees are invited to share their experience through a confidential survey.

FairPlay assesses

FairPlay reviews staff feedback alongside relevant workplace information to build an overall picture of the employee experience.

Recognition

Businesses that meet the FairPlay standard are independently recognised and receive the FairPlay mark.

What happens when a business is recognised?

Successful businesses receive visible recognition materials including the FairPlay window decal, optional wall plaque, certificate and digital recognition assets. They will also be listed on the FairPlay directory.
